Strongly recommend for a momentary visit

Spacious room, comfortable room, and well-located hotel, which made it easy for me to explore the city with just a 5-minute walk to Padre Mier.

Absolutely nothing to criticize.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread that kicked off my day right, and I loved that my Deluxe King Room had a rad view! Easy access to nearby spots like El Rey Del Cabrito made it a foodie dream.

I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of Krystal Monterrey, especially the bright spaces adorned with contemporary art. The large, easy-to-navigate lobby made it very accessible for senior guests, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any difficulty.

Improve the check-in speed for older guests.

I found everything easily accessible, as there are beautiful parks just a few steps away and major cultural sites like the Museum of Contemporary Art just a short walk, making my weekend strolls truly enjoyable.

Exceptional service, great location.

The hotel has a great location near various attractions, which made it convenient. Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic, and my room’s heater wasn’t functioning properly, which was disappointing. Besides that, the staff seemed more interested in chatting than assisting guests at times.

krystal has a great location, close to the center, making it easy to explore. the view from the deluxe room was stunning, and the room itself was clean and spacious. the restaurant served an amazing buffet, and the waitstaff were incredibly kind. it’s a nice place to stay if you're looking for comfort and proximity to attractions.
